Watch out, there is a new ski development coming to town! Deer Valley Resort in Utah is elevating its status as a world-class destination with the development of its East Village. This is the area formerly known as “Mayflower”. This ambitious project integrates luxury real estate, expanded ski terrain, and exceptional recreational amenities, making it a haven for winter sports enthusiasts and those seeking a refined alpine lifestyle.
The expansion will add over 3,700 acres of skiable terrain, meaning the resort will span a total of 5,726 acres. This addition makes Deer Valley one of the largest ski resorts in the United States. The expanded trails cater to all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned skiers, and offer breathtaking views of the Wasatch Back. The new terrain seamlessly connects to other parts of the resort, enhancing accessibility and flow for skiers in the winter, and also hikers, and in the summer. There will even be an all-new ski school, perfect for anyone who is just starting out or looking to refine their capabilities.
Deer Valley’s East Village is thoughtfully designed to be more than just a winter destination. The development integrates outdoor recreation, community living, and modern amenities, making it a year-round hub for residents and visitors. From luxurious homes to world-class skiing and innovative facilities, this expansion sets a new benchmark for alpine living.
This project will take place over the next three years, with three lifts and 20 runs already set to open this season in mid-December!
Deer Valley Resort's ongoing commitment to excellence ensures that the East Village will not only preserve but enhance its reputation as a leader in luxury and outdoor recreation. To learn more about Deer Valley’s new East Village, click here.
